Super Easy Peanut Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie
The perfect marriage of cookie and pie. Serve with whipped cream or if you want to get fancy, vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, and a little sea salt... Yummmmm!

- 1cup white sugar
- ½cup all-purpose flour
- 1stick butter, melted
- 2eggs, beaten
- 2teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1cup chopped cocktail peanuts
- 1cup chocolate chips
- 1(9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Step 1Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Step 2Combine sugar and flour in a large bowl. Mix in butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Fold in peanuts and chocolate chips. Pour into the pie shell.
Step 3Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown but slightly gooey in the center, 30 to 45 minutes.
