Super Easy Coconut Cake
This beautiful and delicious cake comes together quickly with the use of cake mix. The best part - you can add jelly beans!
- Serves: 16 persons
- 1(18 1/4-ounce) white cake mix, baked as directed
- 1(14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 12ounces cream of coconut
- 8ounces non-dairy whipped topping
- 1cup shredded coconut
Step 1While the baked cake is still hot, poke holes throughout the cake with a fork.
Step 2Mix the sweetened condensed milk with the cream of coconut in a measuring cup or bowl and pour over cake, making sure it goes into the poked holes. Cool the cake completely.
Step 3Spread the non-dairy whipped topping over the top of the cake. Sprinkle with the coconut.
