Frozen piña colada

Take just three ingredients and made our tropical frozen piña colada cocktail. This easy, refreshing slushie is perfect for long, lazy summer afternoons

Ingredients

• 250 ml pineapple juice
• 100 ml white rum
• 100 ml coconut cream
• pineapple chunks, to garnish

Steps

1. Pour the pineapple juice into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid. Pour the white rum into a blender. Add the coconut cream and the pineapple ice cubes and blend together. Pour into tall glasses to serve and garnish with pineapple chunks.
