Chia Pudding with Banana 🥛🍌
- Serves: 1 person
- 1 cupCoconut milk 🥥 or any other milk
- ½ pinchSalt
- 1 tbspHoney 🍯 (or other sweetener)
- 4 tbspChia seeds
- ½Banana 🍌
Step 1Take a mason jar and fill in 1 cup of whatever milk you choose
Step 2Add salt, honey 🍯 and chia seeds. Mix very well until all seeds are incorporated into the milk and no clumps are left.
Step 3Wait 2 minutes and stir again. Put it into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 7 days.
Step 4Once the chia seeds have absorbed the entire liquid you can add the topping: sliced banana. Serve with a little cinnamon — Enjoy 😋
