Ingredients
- 200 gdark chocolate (64% cocoa)
- 110 gbutter
- 3eggs
- 70 gcane sugar
- ¼ tspbourbon vanilla sugar
- 1 pinchsalt
- 80 gwhite flour
- 10 gcocoa powder
- 20 gground almonds
- 80 gmini marshmallows
- 60 gdark chocolate (64% cocoa)
Instructions
Step 1
Place the chocolate and butter in a thin-sided bowl. Suspend over a gently simmering bain-marie; the bowl must not touch the water. Melt the chocolate and stir until smooth, allow to cool slightly. Mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Add the chocolate and salt, mix. Sieve the flour and cocoa powder, add along with the almonds, mix. Transfer the brownie mixture to the prepared tin, smooth down.Step 2
Approx. 25 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C. Scatter the marshmallows on top and return to the oven for approx. 4 mins. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, remove from the tin and leave to cool completely on a rack.Step 3
Place the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl. Suspend over a gently simmering bain-marie; the bowl must not touch the water. Melt the chocolate, stir until smooth, spread on top of the brownies.
