- 4pluots or 4 to 5 plums (about 1 1/2 pounds, peeled and pitted)
- ¾cup butter (softened)
- 1 ¼cups sugar (granulated)
- 3large eggs
- 1 ½teaspoons vanilla
- 1 ¾cups all-purpose flour (8 ounces)
- 2teaspoons baking powder
- ½teaspoon salt
- 2tablespoons sugar (granulated) mixed with 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for topping)
- For Streusel Topping:
- ½cup light brown sugar (packed)
- ¾cup all-purpose flour
- ½teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
- ¼teaspoon nutmeg (ground)
- 5tablespoons butter (melted)
