These gluten-free and sugar-free muffins are made with brown rice flour and Splenda. You can add frosting, blueberries, nuts, dried fruit, and more.

- 1egg (beaten)
- 1tablespoon oil
- 1cup milk
- 2cups brown rice flour
- 2teaspoons baking powder
- 4tablespoons Splenda

Preheat the oven to 350 F.Step 3
In a mixing bowl, beat the egg. Add the milk and oil. Mix together well.Step 4
Add the brown rice flour, baking powder, and Splenda and mix about one minute.Step 5
Fill lightly oiled muffin tins three-quarters full.Step 6
Place in oven for 25 to 28 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.Step 7
