Heavenly Hash Candy
Similar to Rocky Road, Heavenly Hash is an easy candy made with sugar, milk, corn syrup, chocolate chips, walnuts or pecans, and miniature marshmallows.

Ingredients
- ½cup sugar (granulated)
- ½cup evaporated milk
- 1tablespoon light corn syrup
- 7-ounce package chocolate chips (about 1 cup)
- 1cup walnuts or pecans (chopped)
- 1cup miniature marshmallows
Instructions
Step 1
Mix sugar, milk and 1 tablespoon corn syrup in a heavy 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue boiling, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes.Step 2
Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, stirring until completely melted . Let mixture cool for 15 minutes.Step 3
Add pecans and the mini marshmallows.Step 4
Using 2 teaspoons, drop candy onto a large baking sheet lined with wax paper. Chill until firm.
