Jack Daniel's Rib Glaze
Use this Jack Daniel's rib glaze recipe as a barbecue sauce to apply toward the end of cooking. You can also serve it as a table sauce.

Ingredients
- 1cup / 240 milliliters Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
- 1cup / 240 milliliters ketchup
- ½cup / 120 milliliters sugar (dark brown)
- ¼cup / 60 milliliters vinegar
- 1tablespoon / 15 milliliters lemon juice
- 2teaspoons / 10 milliliters Worcestershire sauce
- 3cloves garlic (minced)
- ½teaspoon / 2.5 milliliters dry mustard
- ½teaspoon / 2.5 milliliters salt
- ½teaspoon / 2.5 milliliters black pepper

In a medium saucepan , combine the ingredients and mix well.Step 3
Simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes, stirring often. Reduce heat to low if needed. Make sure to keep a close eye on this sauce as it cooks. The sauce should be thick by the end of simmering.Step 4
Remove the sauce from the heat and allow it to cool completely for about 15 to 20 minutes.Step 5
Use immediately after cooling or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to seven days after preparation. Warm the refrigerated sauce on the stovetop for a few minutes before using. Apply to grilled or smoked ribs as desired.
