Springroll in a bowl (veggie or with meat)

  1. Step 1

    Sauté the ground beef, adding salt and pepper, stirring and crumbling until cooked through. OR Sauté tofu, adding salt and pepper, letting it get nice and golden on at least two sides
  2. Step 2

    Stir in cabbage, carrots, garlic, Ginger, to tamari and red pepper flakes (if using) and stir. Let's cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally until vegetables reach desired doneness
  3. Step 3

    Top with green onions and chopped almonds and drizzle with more tamari sauce
