Almond and Orange-Crusted Honey Goat Cheese Log
I was looking for a way to serve the honey goat cheese log I had in my fridge. I dug through my pantry and came up with this easy but flavorful combo that turned out to be a hit with my guests! Now I get frequent requests to make this for friends and family. Serve with crackers.

Ingredients
- 1tablespoon sliced almonds
- 2pieces minced dried orange peel
- 1(4 ounce) log honey goat cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Unwrap cheese and set out at room temperature until slightly softened.Step 2
Mix almonds and orange pieces together on a plate. Roll cheese log in orange and almond mixture.
