- 1tablespoon creme fraiche
 - 1rye crispbread
 - ½medium nectarine, pitted and thinly sliced
 - 1teaspoon honey

Spread creme fraiche on top of the cracker. Place nectarine slices on top cracker and drizzle with honey.
