Strawberry Brownies
This treat has everything you love about a chocolate-covered strawberry in the form of a brownie! You will swoon for the chopped fresh spring berries in every bite.

Ingredients
- ¾cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 ½cups granulated sugar
- 1 ½teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3eggs
- ¾cup all-purpose flour
- ½cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½teaspoon baking powder
- ½teaspoon salt
- 1cup coarsely chopped fresh strawberries
- 2ounces chopped white chocolate bar (or white chocolate chips)
Instructions
Step 1
Gather the ingredients. Heat the oven to 350 F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan and set aside.Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar and vanilla extract.Step 3
Add the eggs and beat well to combine.Step 4
In another large bowl combine the flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.Step 5
Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, beating until well blended.Step 6
Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.Step 7
Sprinkle the chopped fresh strawberries evenly on top of the batter. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan.Step 8
Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.Step 9
Once cooled, melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the brownies.
