Sour Cream Chicken Marinade
It sounds like a strange combination, but the acidity of the sour cream in this marinade recipe tenderizes chicken before you grill it.

- ½cup sour cream
- ¼cup white wine vinegar
- 2green onions, finely chopped
- 2teaspoons mustard powder
- 2teaspoon lemon juice
- 1teaspoon celery salt
- 1teaspoon salt
- ½teaspoon black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a medium plastic or glass bowl. Place chicken or fish in a resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over top, seal bag, and place in refrigerator. Marinate chicken for 3 to 4 hours and fish for 30 minutes. Grill or bake the protein of choice once it has marinated.Step 3
