- 1 tbspsugar
- 1 pinchsalt
- 75 gfine whole-grain rolled oats
- 1clementine
- ½ tbsppoppy seed
- 75 gvegan oat yoghurt
- 1clementine

Instructions
Step 1
Bring the water, sugar, salt and oat flakes to the boil in a pan, add the clementine, simmer over a low heat for approx. 5 mins., stirring occasionally. Mix in the poppy seeds, oat yoghurt, clementine zest and juice. Serve the porridge.Step 2
Top with the clementine, oat yoghurt and poppy seeds.
