Pretty Pomegranate Salad
Colorful springtime salad.
- Serves: 1 person
- 10ounces fresh baby spinach leaves
- 10ounces arugula leaves
- ½red onion, thinly sliced
- 1(10 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1pomegranate, peeled and seeds separated
Step 1Place the spinach and arugula leaves into a mixing bowl. Add the onion, mandarin oranges, and pomegranate seeds. Toss gently by hand to mix.
