Ingredients
- 2tsp smoked paprika
- 1tsp ground coriander
- ½tsp ground cumin
- ½tsp ground fennel seeds
- ¼tsp ground allspice
- ¼tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the smoked paprika (10g), ground coriander (5g), ground cumin and ground fennel seed (2g), and ground allspice and ground cinnamon (0.5g). Will keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to two months.
