Applesauce Oatmeal Pancakes
Just about everybody loves pancakes. Add a little fiber to yours by making these yummy low-fat applesauce oatmeal pancakes.

Ingredients
- ½cup all-purpose flour, or substitute whole wheat flour for half the amount
- ½cup oats , quick-cooking or old-fashioned
- ½cup fat-free milk
- 1teaspoon baking powder
- ½teaspoon baking soda
- ¼teaspoon salt
- ¼cup sugar
- ½cup applesauce, unsweetened
- 2large egg whites
- 1tablespoon canola oil

Gather the ingredients.Step 2
Place ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until well blended.Step 3
Heat a griddle to 375 F. When the griddle is hot, pour about 1/4 cup of pancake batter per pancake. Cook until bubbles appear and edges are puffed. Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown on both sides.Step 4
