Berry protein smoothie
Snack like a sports champ with a berry smoothie to beat the mid-morning slump. It features added protein to power you through until lunchtime

Ingredients
- 1banana
- 100g mixed berries , fresh or frozen
- 2tbsp porridge oats
- 350ml soya milk , or another milk of your choice
- 1tbsp pea protein powder , or another protein powder of your choice (optional)
- 1tsp honey (optional)
- a few ice cubes
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the banana and put it in a blender. Add the other ingredients, along with a couple of ice cubes. Put the lid on and blend until smooth, then pour into two glasses and enjoy. Will keep chilled for up to a day.
