Chantilly cream
Make your own to enjoy with a dessert, to fill a tiered cake or sticky buns, or to pile on top of fresh summer berries and soft fruit

Ingredients
- 300ml chilled double cream
- 2tbsp golden caster sugar
- ½tsp vanilla extract

Step 1
Whip the cream, sugar and vanilla together in a bowl using a hand blender or electric whisk until the mixture forms soft peaks. Will keep chilled for a few hours. Serve spooned or piped alongside desserts or as a filling for cakes or buns. It's also delicious served with soft summer fruits and berries.
