Italian-Seasoned Cauliflower Bites in Foil
Slightly spicy and garlicky, this side dish will complement most proteins. I like our veggies a little crunchy so I cooked this for just 10 minutes. This can be adopted to several servings, but I highly recommend 1 packet per person.
- Serves: 1 person
- 1sheet heavy-duty aluminum foil, approximately 15 inches long
- 1serving cooking spray
- 4ounces cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1tablespoon salted butter
- 1small garlic, chopped
- ¼teaspoon Italian seasoning
Step 1Preheat the grill to medium heat, about 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2Spread out aluminum foil on a clean work surface, fold in half, and lightly grease one side with cooking spray. Scatter cauliflower pieces onto the foil and dot with butter. Sprinkle with garlic and Italian seasoning. Bring the sides of the foil up and fold twice. Roll the ends towards the centre and press down to seal.
Step 3Grill, turning occasionally, for 10 minutes.
