Ingredients
- 1(15-ounce) can pumpkin puree
- ¾cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1 ¼teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ½teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼teaspoon ground ginger
- ½teaspoon salt
- 1 ½teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3large eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 ¾cups half-and-half (or light cream)
- Optional: whipped cream (or frozen whipped topping, thawed)
- Garnish: chopped pecans or cinnamon sugar
