Moorish Spice Mix
This recipe for a Moorish spice mixture is intended for pork, but it's also great on chicken and lamb.

Ingredients
- 3tablespoons cumin
- 2tablespoons coriander
- 1tablespoon paprika (sweet)
- 1 ½teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1teaspoon turmeric
- 1teaspoon oregano
- 1teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
- ½teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients in a medium-size bowl.Step 2
Place in a sealed jar or container. This mixture will keep for six months in a cool, dark place.
