One Egg Banana Bread

- 3large very ripe bananas , well mashed
- 4ounces (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted
- 1egg, beaten
- 1 ½cups all-purpose flour
- 1cup sugar
- 1teaspoon salt
- 1teaspoon baking soda
- 1cup nuts, optional
Step 1Gather the ingredients.
Step 2Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a loaf pan .
Step 3Combine all of the ingredients—mashed ripe bananas, melted butter, beaten egg, flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda—but the nuts in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
