- 2cups milk
- 4cups cubed or torn stale bread
- ½cup granulated sugar
- ½teaspoon salt
- 1teaspoon ground cinnamon or nutmeg
- 2eggs (lightly beaten)
- ¼to 1/2 cup raisins
