- Serves: 4 persons
- 240 gchocolate marshmallows
- 4 dlfull cream
- 1 parcelwhipped cream stabilizer
- 2 tspcinnamon
- 2 pinchessalt
- 4 piecesorganic oranges
Step 1Unwrap the chocolate marshmallows, carefully remove the waffle bases. Take two waffle bases at a time and put the sticky sides together, set aside.
Step 2Beat the cream with the stabilizer until stiff. Add the chocolate marshmallows, cinnamon and salt, mix in gently so that the chocolate pieces are not too small. Cover and chill the mousse.
Step 3Wash the oranges thoroughly, place them upright on the work surface, slice off the top third of each orange. Slide a sharp knife around the inside of the skin and cut out all of the flesh. Segment the flesh between the membranes, cut into pieces, place half of the flesh back in the orange skins.
Step 4Using a spoon or piping bag, spread the mousse on top of the pieces of orange, decorate with the reserved waffle bases.
