- 4(8-ounce) halibut fillets
- 1tablespoon olive oil
- 1teaspoon salt
- 1teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1cedar plank , soaked in water for 30 minutes
- 1tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 3Roma tomatoes, chopped

Coat fish with olive oil and then rub with salt and black pepper.Step 4
