Easy Cheddar Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 ½cups all-purpose flour
- 1tablespoon baking powder
- ¼teaspoon salt
- 1teaspoon dry mustard
- ¾cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1teaspoon sugar
- ¼cup vegetable oil
- 1large egg (lightly beaten)
- ⅓cup milk
- ⅓cup water
- Garnish: Paprika for sprinkling tops

Preheat the oven to 400 F.Step 2
Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.Step 3
In a medium bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, dry mustard, cheddar cheese, and sugar.Step 4
In a small bowl, mix the vegetable oil, egg, milk, and water.Step 5
Add the mixed liquid ingredients to the bowl of dry ingredients. Quickly mix the ingredients altogether, making sure not to overmix.Step 6
Fill each muffin cup two-thirds full with the batter. Sprinkle paprika on the tops of each muffin cup. Bake at 400 F for 25 minutes or until done.Step 7
Let the muffins cool in the muffin tin for about 10 minutes.Step 8
Lift the muffins out with a spoon and serve them with butter.
