- 3cups confectioners' sugar
- ⅔cup cocoa
- ½cup butter
- 1teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓cup milk

Melt butter . Add butter and vanilla to sifted mixture. Stir.Step 4
Add milk to get desired spreading consistency. If more milk is required, add a tablespoon at a time.
