Cranberry Coulis Recipe
This Cranberry Coulis recipe is a sweet-tart sauce that's marvelous on poultry, pork, and especially turkey at Thanksgiving dinner.

Ingredients
- 6ounces fresh cranberries
- 3tablespoons orange zest, from 1 large orange
- 1cup freshly squeezed orange juice, from 1 large orange
- ¼cup sugar
- ¼teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼cup orange liqueur

Gather the ingredients.Step 2
In a small saucepan, combine the cranberries, orange juice and zest, sugar, cinnamon, and cloves.Step 3
Simmer over medium heat until cranberries burst, about 15 to 18 minutes.Step 4
Remove saucepan from heat, add the orange liqueur, and mix well.Step 5
Process in a blender or food processor until pureed.Step 6
Warm gently before serving.Step 7
Add to your Thanksgiving spread and enjoy.
