Ingredients
- 1tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2(12 inch) flour tortillas
- ½cup tomato sauce, or more to taste
- 5mushrooms, sliced
- ½green bell pepper, chopped
- ½red onion, chopped
- ½white onion, chopped
- 5black olives, sliced
- 3pieces sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- ½jalapeno pepper, chopped

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush with olive oil.Step 2
Place a tortilla on the prepared baking sheet; add 1/4 cup of tomato sauce. Top with another tortilla and spread another 1/4 cup tomato sauce over the tortilla. Decorate the pizza with mushrooms, green bell pepper, red onion, white onion, black olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and jalapeno pepper.Step 3
