Gordon Ramsay's Yorkshire Pudding
Gordon Ramsay's recipe for Yorkshire puddings is simply one of the best and easiest for this traditional British side dish for roast beef.

Ingredients
- 4large eggs
- 1 ½cups whole milk
- ½teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 ¼cups bread flour
- ½cup roast beef drippings, or vegetable oil

Gather the ingredients.Step 2
Preheat oven to 425 F. In a blender, place the eggs, milk, and salt.Step 3
Carefully add the flour to the blender.Step 4
Cover and pulse several times, using a plastic spatula to scrape down the sides. Blend until completely mixed.Step 5
Transfer the batter to a large measuring cup and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. If possible, refrigerate overnight for best results.Step 6
Brush the beef drippings or vegetable oil into the bottom of a 12-cup muffin tin. It should come to about 1 teaspoon per muffin cup. Place the muffin tin into the oven for 15 minutes or until the drippings are beginning to smoke.Step 7
Working very quickly and carefully, bring the tin out of the oven and pour the batter into each of the muffin cups until 3/4 full. Place the muffin tin back into the oven in the middle rack.Step 8
Bake for 20 minutes until the puddings have risen and are browned. Remove from the oven and serve the puddings immediately.Step 9
