- 1cup granulated sugar
- 1cup heavy cream
- ⅛teaspoon salt
- ¼teaspoon almond extract
- ½teaspoon nutmeg
- 6to 8 medium ripe peaches (peeled, pitted, cut into quarters or eighths)
