Cacao-Almond Balls 🍫 🌰
- Serves: 6 persons
- 1 cupalmonds
- 1 pinchsalt & pepper
- 2 cupsmedjool dates pitted, roughly chopped
- 1 heaped tbspalmond butter
- 2 heaped tbspraw cacao powder
- 1 tbspcoconut oil
Step 1Add and crush almonds in the blender
Step 2Add dates, salt, pepper and coconut oil. Pulse until it’s fully mixed
Step 3Add almond butter and cacao. Mix again.
Step 4Roll small balls using a tablespoon. Add cacao powder if too moist.
Step 5Freeze balls for 1 hour, then place in airtight container and store in the fridge. — Enjoy ☀️
