- ¼cup light sour cream
- 2cups baby spinach
- ½cup roasted red peppers
- 2green onions
- ½teaspoon kosher salt
- ½teaspoon black pepper
- ½teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ⅓cup grated Parmesan
