- Serves: 4 persons
- ½ dlolive oil
- 2 tbspwater
- 1red chilli pepper
- 1garlic clove
- 250 ghalloumi
- 8wooden skewers
- 2 tbspsoy sauce
- ½organic lime
Step 1Puree the oil, water, chilli pepper and garlic.
Step 2Thread the melon and halloumi alternately onto the skewers, brush with the chilli oil. Set aside the remainder of the oil.
Step 3Cover and grill the skewers over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 8 mins. all over.
Step 4Combine the soy sauce and lime zest with the reserved oil, serve with the skewers. Cut the remainder of the lime into wedges and serve with the dish.
