Ingredients
- 2 ½ dlgin
- 2 tbspEarl Grey-tea
- 2 clcampari bitter
- 2 clred vermouth
- someice cubes
- 1organic orange
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the gin with the tea leaves, cover and leave to infuse for approx. 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Sieve the gin.Step 2
Mix the Campari and Vermouth with 2 cl of the flavoured gin and a few ice cubes. Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve. Garnish the cocktail with the orange peel.
