Ingredients
- 1 tbspbutter
- 1onion
- 2bay leaves
- 2cloves
- 1 kgred cabbage
- 1apple
- 1 tspsugar
- 1 tspsalt
- 2 dlred wine
- 1 ½ dlvegetable bouillon
- 2 tbspwhite balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the butter in a pan. Sauté the onion, bay leaves and cloves. Add the cabbage, apple and sugar, cook briefly, season with salt. Pour in the wine, reduce for approx. 1 min., add the stock and balsamic. Cover and simmer the cabbage over a low heat for approx. 2 hrs. until soft, stirring occasionally.
