Ingredients
- 200 gfresh focaccia bread
- 120 gGorgonzola Cremoso, room temperature
- 3Ripe figs
- 150 gItalian salami, preferably Cacciatore DOP, sliced thinly
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the focaccia lengthwise, then spread the bottom half with the Gorgonzola.Step 2
Slice the figs lengthwise and place them and the salami generously on top.Step 3
Put the other half of the focaccia on top, press down a little and crisp briefly in a sandwich grill.
