Chia seed oatmeal with fruits

Ingredients
- ½ CupSteel cut oat
- 4 CupsMilk or coconut milk
- 1 Tea spoonAgave nectar
- ½ Tea spoonVanilla extract
- 2 Tea spoonsChia seeds
- Fruits of your choice: e.g. mango, raspberries, banana, etc
Instructions
Step 1
Add 3 half cups of milk and steel-cut oats to a small pot, add agave nectar and vanilla extract, simmer uncovered for about 20 min, stirring occasionally.Step 2
Add chia seeds and one half cup milk, mix everything and set aside in refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably over nightStep 3
Spoon oatmeal into two bowls and top each with fruits of your choice
