Chia seed oatmeal with fruits

  1. Step 1

    Add 3 half cups of milk and steel-cut oats to a small pot, add agave nectar and vanilla extract, simmer uncovered for about 20 min, stirring occasionally.
  2. Step 2

    Add chia seeds and one half cup milk, mix everything and set aside in refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably over night
  3. Step 3

    Spoon oatmeal into two bowls and top each with fruits of your choice
