Grandma's Hash Brown Casserole
This recipe is a friend's grandma's recipe and is absolutely the best hash brown casserole I've ever had. Kentucky grandmas sure know how to cook!

Ingredients
- 1(2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1(10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1(8 ounce) container sour cream
- ½cup melted butter
- ½cup chopped onion
- ½teaspoon salt
- ½teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1cup crushed cornflakes
- ½cup melted butter

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Step 2
Mix hash browns, cream of chicken soup, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, butter, onion, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Arrange in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle on top. Drizzle butter over the cornflakes.Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until the sauce is bubbly and the top is golden brown, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
