Coriander juice
Make the most of fragrant coriander by blending it into a juice along with cucumber, ginger, lemon and maple syrup

Ingredients
- 50g coriander, roughly chopped
- ½lemon, juiced
- 5g ginger, finely chopped
- ½cucumber, roughly chopped
- 1tsp maple syrup

Step 1
Tip the coriander, lemon juice, ginger, cucumber and maple syrup along with 200ml water and a pinch of salt into a high-powered blender. Blend for 1-2 mins until very smooth, scraping down the sides a few times. Strain through a fine sieve if you like and serve over ice.
