Espresso & tonic
If you're a coffee fan, try this chilled non-alcoholic espresso & tonic on a warm day when you need a caffeine hit. Serve with ice and a zesty lime wedge.
- 30ml espresso
- tonic water, to top up
- lime wedge, to garnish
Step 1Brew 30ml espresso, then leave to cool slightly. Slowly pour over a large glass of tonic water with plenty of ice. Garnish with a lime wedge, if you like, before serving.
