- 1large fresh peach (peeled and chopped or the equivalent of frozen peaches)
- 2tablespoons Amaretto
- 2teaspoons sugar
- 1teaspoon ground cardamom
- Crêpes:
- ¾cup flour (unbleached, all-purpose)
- ¾teaspoon salt
- 3large eggs
- 1 ⅓cups whole milk
- Topping:
- 1peach (peeled and sliced thinly)
- 1tablespoon Amaretto
- 2oz mascarpone (at room temperature)
