Cantaloupe Smoothie
This cantaloupe smoothie is a great fruit smoothie recipe to make in the summer when cantaloupe is in season.

Ingredients
- 3cups cantaloupe chunks (about 1-inch pieces)
- ½cup orange juice
- ¼cup milk
- ¾cup vanilla yogurt
- Optional: 1 tablespoon honey

Gather the ingredients.Step 2
Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.Step 3
Place cantaloupe chunks on the baking sheet, leaving space between each piece of cantaloupe.Step 4
Freeze 1 hour. Transfer to a plastic bag, and freeze at least 1 more hour.Step 5
These cantaloupe chunks will keep in the freezer for several months, provided you store them in an airtight, freezer-safe container.Step 6
Place cantaloupe chunks in the bottom of a Vita Mix Blender, regular blender or food processor.Step 7
Top with remaining ingredients. Puree until smooth.
