Cantaloupe Smoothie

This cantaloupe smoothie is a great fruit smoothie recipe to make in the summer when cantaloupe is in season.

  1. Step 1

    Gather the ingredients.
  2. Step 2

    Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
  3. Step 3

    Place cantaloupe chunks on the baking sheet, leaving space between each piece of cantaloupe.
  4. Step 4

    Freeze 1 hour. Transfer to a plastic bag, and freeze at least 1 more hour.
  5. Step 5

    These cantaloupe chunks will keep in the freezer for several months, provided you store them in an airtight, freezer-safe container.​
  6. Step 6

    Place cantaloupe chunks in the bottom of a Vita Mix Blender, regular blender or food processor.
  7. Step 7

    Top with remaining ingredients. Puree until smooth.
