Brown Sugar Candied Sweet Potatoes
Our candied sweet potatoes are easy to fix and cook. Gently cooked and then glazed with brown sugar syrup, they make a wonderful holiday side dish.

Ingredients
- 4medium sweet potatoes (cooked just until tender)
- 1teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅓cup water
- 2tablespoons butter
- ¾cup light brown sugar (firmly packed)

Peel the cooled sweet potatoes. Cube them and sprinkle with salt.Step 3
In a large skillet over high heat, mix the water, butter, and sugar. Bring to a full boil.Step 4
Place the potato cubes in the syrup and reduce the heat to low.Step 5
Cook the sweet potatoes over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes or until sweet potatoes are well glazed and candied.
