Vegan Oatmeal Cookies Recipe
Vegan fruit cookies, made with fruit preserves instead of sugar. With no added fat, these vegan fruit cookies are very low in fat as well as calories.

Ingredients
- ¾cup oatmeal
- ¼cup dried fruit (chopped)
- 1banana (mashed)
- 1tablespoon soy milk
- 1tablespoon sugar-free preserves
- ¼teaspoon salt
- ¼cup nuts (chopped)
Instructions

Gather the ingredients. Preheat oven to 375 F.Step 2
In a bowl, add the oatmeal, dried fruit, mashed banana, soy milk, preserves, salt, and nuts. Mash thoroughly, and add a bit more soy milk as needed.Step 3
Drop the cookies by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.Step 4
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
