- 200 gchorizo
- 600 graclette cheese in slices
- 80 gshelled almonds
- 50 gblack olives
- ¾ tspsmoked paprika
Step 1Place the chorizo slices on the grill plate of a raclette oven and fry for approx. 3 mins. on each side until crispy.
Step 2Place the cheese slices in the raclette pans along with the chorizo, almonds and olives. Melt the cheese under the raclette grill, season with paprika.
