Ingredients
- 240 gdiced bacon
- 2onions
- 2garlic cloves
- 500 gorecchiette
- salted water
- 1cauliflower
- 1broccoli
- 2 tbspolive oil
- a littleherb salt
Instructions
Step 1
Gently fry the diced bacon in a non-stick frying pan until crispy, without adding any oil. Add the onions and garlic, fry for approx. 4 mins. Remove the pan from the heat.Step 2
Precook the orecchiette in boiling salted water. Add the cauliflower and broccoli approx. 7 mins. before the end of the cooking time. Drain the orecchiette and vegetables, add to the bacon in the pan, mix.Step 3
Mix in the oil and salt, heat through, plate up the orecchiette.
