- 2cups granulated sugar
- ¼cup all-purpose flour
- ⅔cup cocoa powder
- 2cups milk
- 4tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2teaspoons vanilla extract

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, butter, and vanilla. Cook, stirring, until the butter has melted.Step 4
